Interface 2013 in collaboration with contemporary choreographer and dancer Rashaun Mitchell

Presented at the Baryshnikov Art Centre and Dobbs Ferry, New York, The Institute of Contemporary Art, Boston

The set design produced by visual artists Fraser Taylor and Nicholas O’Brien explored the psychology behind movement and the origins of emotion. Images were motivated by observations of the performance in rehearsal and reflected on emotions and how feelings impact bodily movements. The outcome took the form of silkscreen printed textiles and film.
